The Dentist is wonderful - she was reassuring and proficient. HOWEVER, the billing department is another matter. I have now left 3 voicemails to date, even tried to speak with manager - no go back to voicemail - paid all services in FULL before I left and now there is additional amount due? Why now - it wasn't due at time of service. No phone calls to date and beyond irritated. I will not return for addtional dental work if each visit results in more billing issues.

HORRIBLE . DON'T GO they won't call you back they don't send fax they don't do followups they DON'T CARE about their patients they won't even tell you if they called in prescription you have to call the pharmacy your self I just missed a dental appt i waited on for 2 wks from another lovett dental that i missed because this loved dental didn't fax my info for OVER A WK THEY HAVE BEEN ASKED COUNTLESS TIMES....i had MAJOR work done and i wish i would of chose some where else its a MESS and this is PEOPLES HEALTH THEY ARE PLAYI... read more

I visited with a swollen face to get some prescription to get rid of the pain and infection, instead they gave me a $38 exam that they advertise as FREE, and did not prescribe any meds. When I asked "Don't you have to wait till the infection is gone?" he said "We need to pull the tooth out and it will be $248...(x5)" he kept repeating as I didn't understand the first 4 times. It's more of a business than patient service. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Go to Joliet or Castle Dental across the street instead. Again, horrible s... read more
