Leave your problems at home!!! Usually I wouldn't even bother with writing a review on bad service, but in this case I have to blow off some steam. I have been getting my car detailed at the belt-line car wash for years. I don't know if they have become complacent with their success or if the heat has brought on some type of infectious customer service bug. i agree i agree completely!the management doesnt want to own up to any responsibility at all when something goes wrong. so from now on i will just carry my car to zoom express. which has 2 locations!
Nice and good service sometimes We had generally had good service at this full service car wash. They have several packages to choose from. They include washing, waxing, detailing and vacuuming. The guys are generally nice and do a decent job. However, in the event of a problem, we were dissapointed with the management's response. We were made to feel like we did something wrong, instead of the management owning up to their responsibility. So, you could try them, but - be careful.
