My radio is shorting out and he knew exactly how 2 fix it and troubleshoot the problem!!
I went in with a problem that I had created for myself and did not have the expertise or knowledge to solve. I changed the subwoofer, and my amp was cutting off after a few minutes or after I turned the volume up. Long story short they went way above and beyond the help me find the problem, which wasn't a whole lot to them but was huge to me. They didn't even charge me for it! Went in looking for a bass knob for my system and they had what I was looking for cheaper than I was expecting. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend them for your car audio needs and wants.
