My boyfriend purchased his home in Belterra. Brand new house built and he moved in February 2023. DO NOT buy a meritage home!!! Coming from a family of men who are builders , grandpa was a master plumber, several uncles builders, carpenters etc. I told my boyfriend this house is poor quality. Nail pops all through the house, cement in driveway is already cracked and broken. Warranty people came out to fix our shower that had a shower pan cracked since moving in, took them over a week to fix the shower pan. Which is easily a ... read more
So far everyone has been patient and understanding with explaining the process as I continue this journey of home ownership. They listen to my concerns and give me the best solutions available.
