Worst renting experience ever. Maintenance is not timely, security deposit was outrageous, and more than half of it was taken at move out for things that they couldn’t prove was us. For example I had the blinds pulled up the entire time I was living there because I had curtains, I didn’t use the blinds once. Imagine my surprise when I’m charged for “broken blinds”! Not to mention, they don’t care about nuisance upstairs neighbors with 3 kids jumping and running at all hours of the day. Don’t rent with them.
My husband and I moved in to our place this past August and absolutely love it. Cannot believe how quiet it is and the friendliness of the neighbors. We had an issue with the a/c just a few days after being in and maintenance was right on top of it. Ann is a wonderful manager and very polite. She is not afraid to speak to her tenants. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. Our cat is even comfortable here.
After having owned a home 24 years, I found myself divorced and looking for a rental. Belter and Associates was there for me providing a quality condo rental complete with an awesome floorplan (I didn't even have 2 full baths in my house!!), appliances, snow removal, garage, prompt maintenance AND I could bring my two kitties! I couldn't be more pleased with my new "home". I am grateful I found Belter and Associates at the right time!
They are a wonderful group to lease/rent from! I lived in one of their condos for 4.5 years and had the best experience. They always responded to anything in a timely fashion and the rent is super affordable. Would highly recommend!!
Ann Belter(apt. manager) is a pleasure to have in charge. She is a professional and is always able to answer any questions when needed. Had a washer/dryer delivered on 2nd floor. Delivery guys scratched up wall by steps. She rectified problem immediately. Glad to know management cares
