Called in before coming in and asked if they had new hinges for my trailer door in which they said they do. Came in to the shop at 10:30 in the morning. The guy unscrewed the hinges, left for an hour and at 12:30 I saw him on a lunch break which is okay, we’re all humans. But the funny thing is that they charged me for that time too and to make it even worse, they welded the hinges that I had without even letting me know about it and screwed them back in. Very rude females there. Call & get hung up on. Had boyfriend call to get answer very trampy.
