Great crew! I have employed 100’s of people and 28 at a time. I wish I could find employees as thorough, caring, and professional while being friendly and upbeat. I went into their store stating that the volume on my units was not as it was when I first received them. I was laughed at ( in a friendly way) and told that I was not cleaning them as I was taught. I had walked in to make an appointment to have my wax guard in my hearing aid fixed and fortunately for me,Carlene was willing and able to fix and made my day and gave me a generous freebie and also ordered additional wax sheilds for my hearing aid. Carlene Dell,HAD llicensed hearing instrument specialist YOU ROCK!!! Thank for your expertise and attentiveness.

It's not about hearing aides there! They truly care in how you are hearing and Carlene Dell does her very best to listen and understand the patients needs. Everyone should call and get their Free hearing exams there, they do not charge! Whether you need this for work, school, Drs. appt. Why would you go anywhere else, I love the fact that they are part of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.
