I had testing done months ago nevered test results and follow up information i was promised. I made twelve calls leaving meesages and never received a call to discuss my concerns. After three calls to the Saint Clair office i was told the guy that conducted my test is no longer employed and would have to schedule another test. I would not recommend this company and warn others of there communication with patients.
Went to have the hearing checked today, what a wonderful experience!!! Everyone was so warm and reassuring with all the information we needed to make decisions that we needed to make. The receptionist, Jeff and Dom were GREAT!! Thanks for helping us today everyone!
Visited Belsono Hearing today for to see about getting hearing aid fixed(another brand). Unable to get it repaired. Was given much info about Siemen hearing aids. Jeff was very nice and treated us very well.
