Around 11:55am on Thursday, Jan 26th, I'm close enough to my front window to see a Belson semi using the residential side of Packard Street as their personal shortcut, heading west. Packard Street is NOT A TRUCK ROUTE!!! Take College Ave or Wisconsin Ave to head west. This is terrible for our roads and dangerous for our kids and walkers!
