Belshaw's customer service has been poor in my experience. If you need any literature or a pdf manual for their products (in my case a pre - 2016 $14,000 Donut Robot Mk2), their email reply is simply, what we have available is on our website (nothing for this machine). Their inventions (good products I should add) are mostly 1950s and earlier and I'm sure the inventors who had a passion for their product are long gone. Belshaw's customer service has been poor in my experience. A manual and a schematic would be very helpful to help troubleshoot a problem with the cutterhead on my machine. But apparently I have no chance of seeing this, since service doesn't care to help. The ultimate in the POOREST customer service!!! We ordered a Belshaw feed table in June for our store opening in September. We were told it would arrive Mid August. It arrived In October & by then we had come up with a system that worked without the feed table. It cost us $7,700 for just the table & they would not take it back. It is sitting in our basement un opened. We are a not-for-profit Training Centre for adults with disabilities.
