Very good Dr. Very thorough and thoughtful. Couldn't ask for any better.
I called the office to check the time for my appointment with Eric Vincent at approximately 3:20. I was ask if I could hold, I said yes and was left on hold until I hung up at 5:04. I called the back and talk to the receptionist at Oroville Hospital and was told that the office closed at 4:30. I laughed because ever since I moved from Houston a year ago I've come to realize that the practice of good customer service here is non-existent and the irony is where I work we teach how to give great customer service, apparently eve... read more
Dr. Eric Vincent is very thorough when it comes to your health. Interactive when he sees you. Doesn't try to just get you in and out in 30 seconds like some other doctors do. Highly recommend.
