This RMT gets to the root of the problem. Mary-Ellen knows that the manifestation of pain, where we may feel it, isn't necessarily where the muscular tension actually is occurring. Then, she helps fix it! And gives us exercises and information to prevent reoccurrence. Highly recommend!
