Friendly and efficient!
Doctor advised to do a pathology test and did not mention there would be a cost. I did the test and submitted it to the medical centre, then received an invoice from pathology for $345. Both reception and management were dismissive, saying that pathology is a different company and that doctors are not always aware of fees. It is my understanding that it is my right to be informed of any costs prior to any tests, but this did not occur. Beware
Always happy to see doctors at this practice - they are helpful and kind.
