I would not recommend this vet under any circumstances. Disgusting very pushy very rude and is a mystery to me why the vet has chosen to or continues to work with animals as they no longer care. Wife came home in tears as she was bullied and pressured into buying meds that were not needed over $300 in eye drops ( pealed label Off was $12 eye wash from any pet shop they changer me 4 times that .. Absolutely appalling service. Myself and another person standing at the desk were completely ignored by the receptionist for several minutes while she chatted on the phone. It sounded like a personal call. I walked out.
We had a great experience at this vet. My dog oscar had teeth removed and the procedure went well. We also had a free follow-up appointment post op to ensure Oscar was recovering well. The price is very reasonable, especially compared with other vets. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and kept me updated during the day. Oscar was also able to lay on the waiting room sofa ☺️ Thank you for taking such good care of my boy. Mira.
