Receptionist's are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, one of the Dr's (Dr F) can be quite insulting. I presented with a 'cold', and was told 'I brought it on myself'. After crawling out of bed to attend the appt, and feeling quite ill, I didn't understand nor appreciate his comment. Not professional.
Dr Millward is great, as are all the other doctors and staff I've interacted with at BMC
Dr James was very understanding, listened well and gave me a beautiful space to speak freely without being interrupted and this was a phone call appointment which is often more difficult. It’s hard to find good doctors . Grateful to Dr James
Dr. Diane Fakes is an absolutely amazing doctor, who always gets things done, and the reception staff are also lovely and super helpful.
