My Husband & I waited almost 3 years to welcome another Lab into our lives after the tragic loss of our previous Lab. We decided to go with a “reputable” Breeder. After seeing Vicky’s accomplishments & status with AKC, we were willing to pay more money to get a healthy dog from a champion bloodline. We were quoted the price of a bath and when we picked up our dog instead of $80 they tried to charge $175! A total full groom at Happy Dog runs $120 so this was outrageous. Asked to speak with Vicky but told she was out of town. They tried to say it was because our dog was matted etc. which was untrue. He is regularly groomed at Happy Dog and brushed daily. We just got a black labrador retriever from this breeder. The entire process was seamless, even during a pandemic. We drove from Pennsylvania to Maryland to visit our puppy and to meet her mom. When we picked her up the process was again, seamless, the staff was helpful and the experience was everything we anticipated. We've never gotten a puppy from this breeder before, but we are thrilled. Our vet also agreed that Macie is really a beautiful pup with beautiful confirmation and an A+ in health. I love this place to pieces! My two dogs love coming here. The staff even remember their names and my dogs absolutely love the staff. 10/10
This place is the best for boarding your dogs AND cats. I've left my Maltese and my orange tabby at bequest, and they always come home happy and healthy. Love this place
