We saw a problem with one of our underdeck lights and called Dan to see how we could correct the issue. The same afternoon Dan came to our house, looked at the bad light and immediately replaced not only the one that went bad, but he also replaced the other one to insure that they both would last longer. I was very impressed with the overall service. When Dan came out and did the estimate, he was spot on and very thorough. The workers were awesome, very easy to talk to and explained everything that they were doing along the way. The deck had a lot of angles and odd things to work around, and the workers were very knowledgeable how to seal everything up. Every evening the work area was cleaned up very neatly. Dan and his crew did an amazing job on our project. His crew is very diligent and leaves the project perfectly clean at the end of each day. We are very satisfied and fortunate we found this company!
I used Below Deck two years ago for my lower patio. They did a great job and the installers who worked on our project were meticulous and carful in their work. Dan was easy to work with and communicated clearly through the entire process. The product has held up great, and it's doing it's job perfectly with no water getting under our deck.
