I have wanted to try cryotherapy for a long time and never had the guts to do it. I took advantage of a FB offer and forced myself to go--I could not be happier that I did it! The staff there are so friendly and helpful and the support you receive during each service/treatment is beyond impressive. I have tried the 3 minute cryo, the cryo facial and some spot treatment. Next I want to try their infrared sauna with the salt.. I highly recommend you try it!! Heidi

The best way to go… Is to do the 30 minute sauna first followed by the three minutes of 200° below zero. You come out feeling like 1 million bucks!
I had a sports related injury, and they took the swelling down almost completely with just one treatment. Super friendly staff, clean, modern environment, and professionally run. I will definitely be going back!

Absolutely incredible experience! From Tina's amazing stretching and cupping, to relaxing in the infrared sauna, to full body cryo and a cryo therapy facial.. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated in both mind and body! This place is a MUST!
I have spinal arthritis which when inflamed causes me extreme back pain. I went in to try the whole body cryotherapy to seek relief and I must say, I'm 100% pleased. Not only did I find relief in my back , but also throughout my body along with a boost of energy. The staff is also amazing! Definitely will recommend!
