Would not recommend. ONE staff, Ms. Rae was INCREDIBLE!! Otherwise, our experience was not good. Yes, very warm and welcoming at intake. Promised to meet all my severely autistic son's needs. Did a home walk-through & was offered a downstairs room. All sounded great. Until it wasn't. Staff cut short the initial Behavior Training because they had better things to do. Moved him into an upstairs room (seizures), did not provide any of the discussed & promised behavior support items, refused to follow BSP. Tried to move my son t... read more
