They have mine and my family's business for life. I was 2 hrs late for my appt. with Eric Norton and he yet treated me with the up most respect regardless. I came in on Thursday near the end of the day needing Obituaries and 4 huge poster like pictures for our Memorial on Friday the next day. I then canceled the order for Obituaries in the middle of him working on them(I still apologize for that). Mind you I'm still sitting in the office and another family had come in for service as well. Our family had a last minute obituary order and Somalia Carter was amazing. All of my interactions with her were very professional, she did a great job designing the program and was extremely patient with my family as we steps through final details and edits. I would highly recommend this company.
