Straight up, these guys REMOVED and REPLACED the locking mechanism that matched our condo’s front door keys WITHOUT providing keys for us condo residents and WITHOUT telling us. We were locked out for hours! I had to go through many hoops with my COA to get someone to make this right and get the new keys to the residents before the end of the night!
Worst construction company in seattle. I would rather hirer a smaller group of hardworking guys than work with the head people here. crew was good but the supposed boss Dave is the absolute worst business man. He will steal from your pockets and never fully keep his word.
This business has been working on a project next door to my work and residence (11th and Harrison, Capital Hill) for the last few months and everyday I put up with the noise. But this is not a complaint about the construction noise itself, but the music they blast at my window everyday is even more a disturbance of peace in my home and all the other tenants around.
