We have lived in this apartment for 2 months and our kitchen faucet was leaking. No problem! It wasn’t major whatsoever, we just put a maintenance request in and had a contractor out to fix it within 2 days. Awesome! After the contractor came and put the new faucet in, Belong called him and said they didn’t approve his pricing. So he took off the new faucet and put the old one back on. Sydney is such a sweet person. She did a great job showing me the house and answering my questions
so far everything with belong has been seamless. phoebe was my girl for all the application and leasing process. i cannot say enough good things about her. she was so great with communication, she was accommodating and understanding. she knew i was in a rush and was so sweet to be in a rush with me. once the lease was signed i was switched over to someone new, which i knew would happen. i was half tempted not to sign the lease just to continue to work with phoebe, that’s how amazing she was to work with. but ya girl needs a ... read more
