I have to assume the majority of these reviews are fake. There are multiple threads on Reddit where home owners and renters talk about their horrible experience with Belong. Look at their reviews on Zillow and multiple other sites. I've seen several stories that describe the same exact experience - tour the home, complete application, zero to little communication for about a week despite multiple calls, texts, and emails requesting an update. I never write reviews. But I had to about this company and their predatory practices. I wish I could review this company even lower. One star is way to high for them. Whomever needs to hear this. Dont just walk but RUN Away from using this company. They don't return calls or text messages takes them hours some times even days to respond. They continue allowing people to put applications in on property's that they are completely aware of having a lease already pending on. Just spent over an hour interfacing with two agents with Belong. I own a rental property and was evaluating whether to have them manage my property. Bottom line, the agents were polite, but had no understanding of the local market. All questions were answered in a generic sense. The point of having a local property manager is to be able to handle local issues.
