Just spent over an hour interfacing with two agents with Belong. I own a rental property and was evaluating whether to have them manage my property. Bottom line, the agents were polite, but had no understanding of the local market. All questions were answered in a generic sense. The point of having a local property manager is to be able to handle local issues.
