The Best College EVER! I have gotten so much out of my Beloit College experience. I really think you can too. Everyone is like a family on campus; you know everyone by name or face. There are so many clubs and organizations you can join to meet people, and parties on the weekend are always fun. Academic life is enriching and stimulating, and it's a great place to begin a career/intellectual life in any field. One of The Best Kept Secrets in The World There was a time when Beloit was refer ed to as, "the yale of the midwest". We had to put a stop to that decades back. Beloit is far better than yale in every way. If that old Englist teacher had not written her book about Blowit in the 1960s; I would have donated the 10M for the football team. Her last name begins with an " S " I can't recall; but I think her husband's name was David. She idolized some turd, who as I recall, was class president,( that should sum it up).
