They do not honor warranties and sell sub-par equipment. BUYER BEWARE! Our commercial grade tables started falling apart within one year of use. Spend your money elsewhere. Horrible customer service and no integrity.

I ordered 50 chairs and they were delivered late because they were horribly damaged. The freight company admitted that they had fallen over in the truck. They repackaged some of the chairs and left some loose, but the shrink wrap was orange and I could not see through it. After dragging the chairs into our church 6 at a time, I began unpacking them and more than 30 were damaged. When I called I was told that I just should have refused them, and boy do I wish I had. Its a shame your company will not stand behind its products. We have been in the equipment rental industry for over 20 years and have NEVER had any rental tables we own separate the way these tables have. We are not satisfied after making a claim with your company. Your company stated that the tables are splitting apart as a result of water damage which has NOT happened. a company with which I will never deal with again. poor product, poor customer service and very difficult to talk to anyone with any knowledge of their product.
Terrible company that hides under different website names so it's hard to figure out that it's them. Do your research and DO NOT order from them. The restaurant I work for placed an order for 80 chairs and spent $3,000. When the order arrived 66 of the chairs were damaged and required sanding and paint to make them usable, not perfect but usable. They offered to refund my credit card $2 per chair after I had to pay for the paint. Pathetic company who does not stand behind their product.
The freight company they work with Roadrunner and Magnum are horrible. But ultimately this reflects on Belnick. When our chairs were over a week late, we had to call both freight companies, Belnick did very little to help us. We paid for shipping all the way inside, but the chairs were delivered in a truck that didn't even have the capabilities of getting the chairs off the truck. We had to borrow a forklift from a local company if we wanted our chairs (when they were already a week late). We paid for it, and they'll refund ... read more
