Warrranty is WORTHLESS!! Total scam. Purchased a gaming chair that came with a 2 YEAR warranty. Total B.S. Pneumatic piston failed on 4th month of ownership yet BELNICK refused to honor their stated warranty. They made me jump through hoops 5 separate times only to ignore my request to honor their committment. Had to give one star to be counted, really wanted to give zero stars - I ordered two stools, fully understanding some assembly would be required. One large box showed up. Two seats (one was incorrect color), three of the two different main shafts, and one base. The warehouse guys must be high. This makes no sense in any normal universe. So I assembled the one stool I could and now need to ship back at a cost of $30 to me the Orange (mot red) seat, and the six shafts...oh yes, via UPS - AND THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS!... read more
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They're absolute crooks! IT'S A SCAM! THEY HAVE 44 complaints on the BBB, they're crooks! - most cases are the same problem! They sell products missing parts and don't replace parts, or products. I bought a Drafting Chair from them last year in September. The chair came without the "mechanism" that attaches the seat to the bottom frame. I emailed them in OCTOBER and requested they send me the missing part. THEY NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL. If I could zero stars, I would. Have bought several office chairs from this company via Amazon. Have been very happy with them. One of them recently broke while I was sitting on it. It appeared the broken part was small and potentially replaceable. So instead of buying a whole new chair, I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they had a replacement policy or if I could just get the part I needed. Belnick, Inc. has the worst customer service. If you call them you have to wait forever and they will transfer you from one person to another. It is hard to cancel any order. I was told that the order was process and I should wait until I get the item and not to open it and return it and I will get the refund. I called to get the return slip.
