Our church needed to purchase 350 chairs to replace our old existing chairs. I looked at many banquet chairs on line and received quotes from several companies. We chose Ubique and our sales rep was great to work with and explained the chairs we were ordering were currently out of stock but would be ready in about a month. I ordered 4 bar stools via Bed Bath and Beyond. I mistakenly ordered Mahogany seats instead of the Cherry seats that I wanted. I was informed by Bed Bath and Beyond that I am to ship the 4 bar stools and incorrect seats back to the partner supplier (Ubique) so that they can ship the barstools and correct seats to me. The bar stools and the seats are shipped in separate packages so I could easily ship the incorrect seats and exchange them for the correct seats. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL!!!! Bought 200 banquet chairs and tables, a chair dolly and 10 cocktail/bistro tables. Excellent customer service, and everything was delivered sooner than expected ~ and in excellent condition.
I was just trying to view your website hoping to see what your merchandise looks like, but it was a nightmare trying to find it. Your website gives reviews from your employees about their job and careers, but WHERE is you merchandise??? I gave up! Not interested now!!!!
Waiting... we ordered 12 chairs. They delivered quickly. Our mistake we got the wrong color seats. The seats come in separate boxes. I merely want to exchange the cherry seats for black seats. They want me to ship back all 12 chairs. I WANT THE CHAIRS. Why would I ship back 12 chairs just to have them ship them right back to me? Make ZERO logical sense. Do better. Please. Just exchange the seats for me. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for approval.
