Edit: Original review reluctantly removed. I found myself placed in the path of Ms. Meyers' actions where I worked at an assisted living and memory care facility–and what I witnessed gave me pause. As a third party with no legal involvement, my only intent in sharing a review was to reflect honestly on my experience and raise ethical concerns I believed were worth considering.
