Shocking service. Attended the clinic for an appointment that I booked online for my child to only be told there was no booking and that the Dr, a female GP, does not accept new clients. Well this was not the case via the booking tool when I went to book. The GP had availability and no prior advice on the website that this particular GP does not take new clients. The receptionist was of no valid help and cared more about being dolled up then assisting a mother with x3 kids under 5 years old in tow. With a horrible tone and m... read more
Dr Esma was very kind, good listener, explains very well and makes the patient relaxed, I don't find words, but what I can say is: " she deserves to be a Doctor, she is genuine human and very respectful ... and also the staff were also kind and polite. Thank you very much.
