It was an awful experience. I called to ask for information about vaccinations for the whole family and asked about the brand of vaccines. To which I received the answer - I have no clue. I asked how it can be found out and I was rudely answered - make an appointment with the GP and ask the doctor . As a result, I made an appointment at another clinic where I was given comprehensive information about the brand and cost.
First time coming to this practice this evening. The receptionist was lovely. Very polite and empathetic. The doctor how ever was horrible. She was a female woman who isn’t listed on the website so cannot even give a name. I took my 6 year old who has been unwell for a few days with high fevers and barely able to swallow. She asked no questions her examination was all of maximum 30 seconds. She was not friendly with my daughter she was abrupt and quite rude. My daughter was scared of the stick to examine her mouth. I went to urgent care when my toddler was sick. I called and they told we can come immediately so we left. We waited for just 5 mins to see the doctor, the nurse and doctor checked him and gave him panadol as his fever was high. They advised me on few things. And we left feeling good. On another visit, I bought my mum and that was a breeze too. Good caring doctors in Sydney. My long waiting for finding some good doctors in Sydney is now ended.
