I had an appointment 17th October with (dr Esma Baig) she was running late for my appointment which was 11am and I didn't go into her office until 11.35am. She's always running late by the way!, this was the second time i have seen her & will never see her again!!!! I had the worst experience seeing a female GP. Was so abrupt and rude I left in tears. Extremely unhelpful and this is an urgent care - a little compassion will go far when people are sick and this GP lacked any sense of empathy. Do not recommend.
