The staff at Sunrise are welcoming, patient, attentive to details and provide strong follow up after the 1st visit. Janina was great on both visits and continues to follow up as we navigate the decision making process with our 86 yr old parents, one with Alzheimer’s.
My sister and brother-in-law became residents of Sunrise North Scottsdale. For the first few months they were in the assisted living area of the facility, however they both have illnesses that started to limit what they each could do so we recently transferred them to the memory care department where they will receive even more care. I am appreciative to all the staff and appreciate having access to a facility like Sunrise that I can trust and feel comfortable with the fact my family members will be well cared for.
