For over $6000 a month, I would expect better service, but I get Medicare-style service (neglect) for my dad. Due to legal issues, I am unable to move him out, so he and I are stuck here.
Visited my friend at Belmont Village today. Personnel were friendly, helpful. Lunch was good. Had a good, uneventful visit!
If you care about your relative, don’t put them in thee! Very little respect given to residents. The men don’t even bother to knock when entering a female resident’s room. Not required to do so. They just barge in at any time.
To the manager yall need to treat your employees with respect when an employee ask for help please help good workers are hard to find all this backstabbing is not good it's all about respect. Thank you
Been meaning to write this for years but held off in hopes of improvements being made. This is one if the most disgraceful, disgusting organizations and should be shut down for negligence of not only the seniors but the staff as well. Horrible so called human being in charge of our most precious groups, seniors. Delaying medications, keeping OLD meds and giving expired ones to seniors.
