Incredibly rude and utter disregard of professional customer service
Came in for a patch on a tire that had a nail. They were very obliging, quick, and easy to work with. Also they happily checked my tire pressure all the way around. They do patches, which are a much better long-term fix than the quick and easy plugs that many places use. I asked whether I should replace my rear tires and (despite it being an opportunity to make a sale) they pointed out that I had plenty of tread left. The price for a patch is high for run-flat tires.
