I purchased a nearly new vehicle from this dealership in September 2024. Unfortunately, the car developed several issues shortly after purchase, including brake noise and a persistent knocking sensation under braking. I had a very positive experience using this dealership. My car went in for an MOT and service. This was completed in time. Due to some local roadworks The pavement had been lifted and was blocked. I had planned to walk home, but this was going to prove impossible with no pavement. Bus was the only other option, but the bus stop opposite the dealership had been closed with two lorries, Probably due to the roadworks. Lewis made time in his schedule and drove me home.
