Called ahead of time as we’re traveling around 1 1/2 to view the car. Turned up and no sales person to be found in the showroom. Or receptionist. The car was thankfully in the showroom but the condition of the car was terrible. Panels out of alignment screws in the back bumper and generally outside was terrible condition for a main dealer to be offering for sale. Yellow 66 plate fiat panda. Left after around 5 minutes as no point speaking to someone as the car was a heep.
I recently bought my first car and had the pleasure of working with Scott T. He was incredibly professional, caring, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Scott really took the time to understand that this was a big step for me, and made sure everything was done properly. He went above and beyond to hand me a car that not only looked great but felt amazing to drive. Highly recommend Scott if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about the customer experience and knows about cars!
Very helpful staff in Belmonts. From the salesman to the admin staff and more. Everyone pitched in to make sure we got our new car today after a computer breakdown.
Shocking service from this team. We ordered parts with them and every time we called the time for wait went up. Not to mention that Nicola not only refused to pick up to the phone but also never once gave a single call back as promised by the company. She was as useful as her manager. After 10 weeks waiting I called for them to tell us the parts were discontinued. We phoned another garage and in 3 days we have the parts, turns out they were in the country all along. The lack of professionalism is amazing. Thanks for nothing.
