Using the latest technology, she provides a VERY thorough exam, explains to you the result of each step of the exam as It takes place, and even offers to send the results of the complete exam to your primary physician. Definitely “top shelf” quality, professionalism, and customer service!
Absolutely the best customer service experience from the exam all the way through to selecting glasses. You cannot go wrong by coming here for your eye care needs.
Belmont Shore Optometric is the only place 8 get my glasses and sunglasses! They have the most unique selection of frames I've ever seen. Everytime I visit, they have brand new frames (even if I was there the week before)! If you get your frames here, guarantee you won't see anybody else wearing them. Best eye exam and follow-up I've ever experienced. This practice is unique! It is welcoming, accommodating, respectful and everyone at Belmont Shores Optometric goes the extra mile. My appointments have been with Dr. Chiao who examines, diagnoses, provides the best option for correction AND Dr. Chiao takes time to educate and explain each step. This practice does not double-book; they make sure you know that you have their undivided attention while you are at Belmont Shore Optometric.
Outstanding care!!! So happy I found them. One of the most thorough exams of have ever had, staff was attentive to my medical eye history, and made me feel very welcomed.
