being a former tenant of this building, my suggestion is avoid it. i lived here for 4 years and hated it. Rude management, neighbors that are arrogant and don't care if they're loud, building management that doesn't care about helping out. The building itself is trash, elevator constantly breaks down, rubbish room is always filled to the brim and in a mess nothing is sorted properly because Noone cares, people who live there will smoke on property but will attack and threaten others if they smoke on property claiming its pri... read more
