Closed out my units early and because it was past the middle of the month, no refund was to be given. They are making ALOT of money on people. Ms *********'s contract states " No rent refunds.Minimum rental period is 30 days". In addition, conversations with Ms *indicated she was vacating by 5 September and told no refunds.
