We would have been a returning customer at Belmont Rv Storage if the owner would ever answer his phone, return several messages left on voicemail, respond to text messages and return email inquiries. Tried to reach him everyday for five days to no avail. The storage facility itself is good, however we did get mice from long grasses not trimmed down last summer. The customer service is the worst anywhere. We have found another storage facility for our RV that actually wants our business.
Emailed, called and left messages and never heard back, chose a different storage location after waiting over a week for a response.
After they switched ownership, the facility has gone downhill fast. The prices are high (which was fine when the space was run well). The facility operators are never on site if you have an issue (which I did multiple times with my key card). I waited 40 mins for someone to come and let me in. They NEVER mow the weeds anymore and there is a garbage pile sitting near the front gate that has been there for at least 2 weeks. I have had enough. We are parking our trailer somewhere else.
I had a minor issue with this place after 4 years of storage. However, Peter reached out to me and resolved everything quickly and better than expected.
