Absolutely disgraceful company that is actively exacerbating the housing crisis by evicting hundreds of families so they can build unaffordable housing. Imagine so ruthlessly profiting from human suffering. Disgusting.
Evicting hundreds of people during a housing crisis - buying up old buildings for speculative developments. Avoid if you don't want to get demo/renovicted.
I had a great experience living in the building on Vine St that was managed by Marinela. She was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful anytime something came up. The property was well-maintained, and any issues were addressed quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure having such a kind and reliable landlord—definitely one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend!
