Horrible...They kept My Deposit and told me to Shove Off .
They will try to steal your deposit - no matter how clean you leave the apartment. They make up excuses to cover their turnover cost. I do not recommend unless you want to be lied to and loose your money.
I was a tenant of Belmont for a year until October first. At first they were great. Never gave us issues and were quite responsive to anything that needed to be done. We’ve only asked 2-3 times for anything over our term. Things changed. One month they told us that there’s now a $35 charge to pay rent online. Then they stopped allowing visitors to use the parking lot (no visitor spots were provided).
