Dr Heidi Reichhold is an amazing doctor. Her advocacy for her patients is genuine, and she always has their best interests at heart. Dr Sam Ryder literally saved my life. An extremely compassionate proffesional that took time to listen to me and also give his vast expertise on why I was suffering and offered multiple opinions on how I could get better, always asked me if im okay with his reccomendations. Over the years I've experienced different Drs that thought they knew best and just shoved medications down my throat making my specific situation worse. I can't recommend him enough. Extremely concerning experience with Heidi Reichhold. After one appointment, I was diagnosed with bipolar, and my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as “mania” without what I felt was a proper assessment. I was prescribed lithium and olanzapine but was never clearly told to stop taking my existing medication (Lexapro). This combination left me in a severe state and I ended up requiring hospitalisation, which I believe could have been avoided with proper guidance.
