Avoid Belmont Private Hospital at all costs. An absolute waste of money. I left feeling worse than when I arrived and received little compassion, support, or genuine care. In my experience, Dr Heidi Reichhold was dismissive, uncaring, and made me feel completely unheard during a time when I needed help the most. If you're seeking quality mental health care, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Extremely concerning experience with Heidi Reichhold. After one appointment, I was diagnosed with BPD and bipolar, and my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as “mania” without what I felt was a proper assessment. I was prescribed lithium and olanzapine but was never clearly told to stop taking my existing medication (Lexapro). This combination left me in a severe state and I ended up requiring hospitalisation, which I believe could have been avoided with proper guidance.
