Chris gave me a quote to fix my BMW Z4 when the soft top stopped retracting. The same night I dropped off my car, I received a phone call at 11pm asking me if I had a spare key since he couldn’t find my key. Come to find that they had dropped it in the trash can. Two weeks later, Chris informed me that the bill would be almost a thousand $ mostly from hours of labor. The only part fixed was a $10 piece!
