A big shout out for the team at BMR. We needed some emergency repairs and BMR managed to fit us into their busy schedule and had us back on the road the next day. They even provided a courtesy car while they fixed ours. A big thank you to the team!
Their service is brilliant but the integrity and honesty these guys show is very rare . They communicate every step of the way with any issues and go above and beyond to help out .
I am moving on to another mechanic.
We experienced a remarkable rescue effort today beneath our vehicle the morning we were scheduled to drive back up to QLD. Unfortunately, we did not obtain the names of the two exceptional mechanic gentlemen who assisted in getting us back on the road. They promptly identified the fault and we were able to continue our journey. We highly recommend this establishment in Newcastle to anyone who may become stranded while visiting from out of town.
