My family and I have been with Belmont medical clinic for some time and I have to say they are wonderful, caring and helpful. In particular Doctor Callum Jones’s always goes above and beyond our expectations with his absolutely caring approach and efficiency. We are very pleased with the level of care we receive from him and the clinic.
We signed with Dr. Jones a year ago and we can't say enough! I've had more than a few issues related to health and I felt that I am heard and diagnosed well. He is very knowledgeable and effective. Besides being thorough and detailed, I like the fact that he emails relevant information about the ailment, symptoms and causes for us to understand what we are dealing with; prior to administering treatment. Every visit, I feel heard and valued, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly. Their staff is friendly, and the office runs efficiently, making appointments stress-free. Raj provided me with really good attention when I went there to get my flu vaccine.
I had chance to visit the pharmacy. The customer service was amazing. They are friendly and polite. They always try to help you and explain the prescription to the patient and make sure that the patient understand. I recommend it
