Dr. Minkoff spends time with patients, listens and answers all questions, does not rush, promptly directs to specialists if needed, promptly replies online messages, and most importantly, helps to resolve anxieties :). Dr. Minkoff's assistant Lucretia is the sweetest, kindest and most helpful assistant I have ever met. I very much appreciate their help with all my family health-related issues.
Dr Minkoff has been my primary care for 9 years. She is the best Dr I have seen. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Dr that discusses solutions for holistic health.
I was charged $445.04 out-of-pocket for a routine annual wellness exam where I had no questions/concerns, no diagnosis, no consent for extra tests. It was preventative care and I'm young and healthy. Shouldn't it be free with insurance? I think the doctor ordered tests meant for older sicker individuals and then my insurance did not categorize it as preventative care. Yet both the doctor's office and the insurance company (UnitedHealthcare) pointed fingers at each other and refused to work with me so I wouldn't be charged $4... read more
I would not recommend Dr. Olga Minkoff to anyone she does not care about her patients. Take my advice
