This HAP only looks out for itself they don't care about providers or clients. Move your voucher for yourself a favor SMH
For any property owners I would steer clear of this program. The representatives at Belmont do not promptly respond to anything and will not respond then reduce your payout due to the non response delays caused by them. Very unfortunate as it could be a great program for residents.
They approved me for a voucher for an apartment complex that doesn’t even exist anymore. Then they sent the letter so close to the deadline that I didn’t have time to respond. They also didn’t answer any of my calls or emails
Absolutely useless. They basically just said I needed to make more money.
Been on the wait list for a year only moved 4 places. Either this means that in a year they only helped four people with millions of dollars of federal subsidies or they are not following the wait list
