Why haven't they been reported to HUD already. They have a serious pest control situation going on and do absolutely nothing about it. Someone needs to report them asap. People shouldnt have to live like that. Very very disappointing to say the least. They need to have seasonal exterminations!!! They need to hire serious maintenance men who take their job seriously!.
