I've lived here for a couple months. While it started off as a great place to live, certain things changed. The most frustrating thing is the lack of maintenance when we need it. At first, maintenance was always available and came during emergency off hours. But the last two months, there seems to have been a change in staff and maintenance no longer seems to respond to after hours emergencies. Moved in over a month ago. I had a friend who lived here previously and it was great. But it has certainly became worse since then. To start, the unit was not very clean. It appears they put new carpet in but the bathrooms and floors were filthy. I’ve started to notice how dirty the hallways are with pet feces scattered throughout. The location is convenient and the apartments themselves are nice, but a few things have really impacted the quality of living recently. BEWARE!!! PLEASE READ!!!! 5 star reviews are from residence who don’t live here!!! I would not recommend anyone live here unless they are looking for a communal living lifestyle. The biggest issue l've had living in this supposedly upscale apartment building is the lack of sound insulation. Despite the extravagant rent, it feels like l'm living in a paper-thin cardboard box.
