I went to emergency last week and have to say the triage staff, nurses and doctors were all fantastic and very professional. I was treated with kindness, empathy and thorough. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you.
They the nurse are all nice I don’t remember much about the surgery at the nurses in there was very lovely. They looked after me.
Wait time ridiculous arrived at 2pm with a child who had a possible broken wrist. 10pm was finally seen by a doctor for results from an xray that was done at 4pm, plus finally gave the child ice and pain relief. Verdict wrist was fractured. Worst wait time for a child. Emergency room wasn’t heaps busy either. Wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone.
I can’t fault this hospital. From ED to Medical ward. They didn’t miss a beat. Thank you. The staff were caring and empathetic, professional and communication was great.
