Horrible service, lied, did not reimburse rental costs as promised. I wish I could give negative stars. Dropped my car off on October 1st, got my car back Dec 4th. I tried to be understanding about covid situations and staffing changes. But every time I called, they never called me back or I was given different information and a new "done" date. Just recently found that they FINALLY paid Enterprise and will be getting the additional rental funds from my insurance which should be going to me as promised by the owner Gary. Since their inability to repair my car for of 60+ days. Very, very shady.

My elderly father had an issue with his starter on a 2006 BMW 7-Series which has had for nearly an eternity.
