Had same experience as the previous reviewer. I rang to get someone to check a safety switch. The older woman ( must be owners wife..as no other decent business would hire someone like that). Was rude, condescending, demeaning and needs to Re skill on how to deal in customer service. Spoke to me like I was stupid, and no I’m not, I do have a degree. Poor choice of reception. I rang to enquire about an emergency service to our old house. I am mum of 4, with the safety switch flicking off constantly & food going off as we spoke. The receptionist immediately said she had no one to come today but could suggest someone. When I went to speak explaining my concern, she spoke over me, rudely saying nothing could be done today but happy to suggest someone. Very very rude tone. I hung up. I was so upset.
