Yep like I told the receptionist it was simply a ball bearing needed replacing. But alas we don’t do that kind of work here. I found a bloke elsewhere who opened the machine and replaced the ball bearing at no charge. Go figure.
A bloody good sparky ring them and they will come to fix your problem
